firstplacegrowth was founded on a simple frustration: too many agencies optimise for impressions and invoices instead of revenue. We built the opposite.

We started firstplacegrowth in 2017 after years inside agencies and in-house teams — convinced that marketing should be accountable to the bottom line.

Since then we've managed tens of millions in media across e-commerce, SaaS, local services and B2B. We've stayed deliberately lean: no bloated account hierarchies, no handing your budget to someone learning on the job.
